Parking Facilities
- 300 cars, 3 buses and 120 two wheelers can be parked inside hotel’s premises (148 cars in lower basement; 102 cars in upper basement and 50 cars in surface).
- Drivers lounge with cloakroom facilities in the lower basement area.
- An exclusive hot air exhaust system in the car parking area to maintain comfort.
Eco Friendly Practices
- 50,000 Sq. Ft. of hotel’s land area is covered with greenery with lawns.

- Swimming pool is above Banquet Hall which will avoid heat radiation to Banquet Hall and areas such as Lobby, Kitchens and some of the conference halls.

Boiler
- Thermax boilers 2 Nos. with capacity of 1500 Kg/hr steam production
- The Boilers are fuel-efficient.
- Steam is used for Laundry & Hot water to guest rooms and public areas.
Chiller
- Non-CFC equipments (3 nos. of Trane make) are used for refrigeration and air-conditioning.
- Capacity of Chillers – 300 TR each.
Energy Conservation
- Chillers - equipped with micro-processor based unit control modules which senses demand and load/unload accordingly.
- BMS - HVAC Equipments (AHU’s, Exhausts, Ventilation) are controlled by BMS.
- VFD - VFD installed for controlling motor speed of AHU.
- Lighting - Energy Efficient lamps like LED, CFL and control through Dimmers.
Reverse Osmosis Plant
- RO Plant Capacity of 150 KL per day.
- RO purified water is supplied to kitchens and for drinking purpose.
- Water Treatment Plant with a capacity of 320 KL per day for use in rooms, public areas, laundry, swimming pool and other water bodies.
Diesel Generating Sets
- 2 diesel generating sets of 1250 KVA capacity each.
- DG sets have automatic main frame panel (to start the DG set automatically within 8 seconds of power tripping/voltage variation).
- DG room is acoustically insulated to control noise level.
Elevators
- 6 Guest Elevators.

- Security provision in the lift (Key card system in Guest Elevators).

Sewage Treatment Plant

Rain Water Harvesting
- Rain water storage sump with a capacity of 600 KL.
- Rain water harvesting system inside our hotel premises.
Waste Management

- Garbage is segregated at the outlet level itself and transmitted to garbage room.
